If you are a genealogy expert, what are your specialties?: I have been doing this since 1999 and have books and books of material from ever library in the area. I was born in Lee co va so it made it easy for me to take the time to do it.

My Boone family came over from Belgium in 1894/96 and settled in Norway,Dickinson Co.,MI. My great grandparents Mary and Louis Boon(I beleive the 'e' was added after arriving to 'Americanize' the name) They had four children that survived to Adulthood: Dominic b.1899, Oscar b. Jan 28 1901, Ferdinand b. 1906/07 and Alice b. 1915 all in Norway,MI. There were several infants that died. Oscar was my grandfather. My grandmother Anna Hunkins was his second wife and there was 29 year age difference, he was older. Grandpa was the only son of Louis and Mary's to have children and also the only one of their children that moved out of state.
