Hi Chris:
A fellow researcher and I have been reading your Montgomery (tripod) web site. She and I have the surname Simms or Sims in our County Antrim heritage and it seems that my James Simms married Jenny Montgomery in 1861. Just thought I'd touch base with you and say thank you for all the information you have put online.I would not have delved into the Montgomerys otherwise. James is the son of Percival Sims, mariner.
