Lost KENNEDY ancestor....somewhere in Ireland.

Hello Everyone,I am looking for information on my ggg grandfather David KENNEDY, it shows on a Scottish census that he was born in Ireland. After some very frustrating searches I have come up with nothing. I am hoping that someone can please point me in the right direction. How do I find my KENNEDY?

Hi Everyone,I am hoping that someone can give me some pointers, I have noticed through peoples comments that they know where their Irish ancestors are from and I was wondering.......how on earth do you find that out???I am totally lost!
