Lamoreaux is another name, and there are a few more going back on some trees. One match that was closer or exact was a line of people from Norway but I can't track any relatives on a tree to the U.S. I can get you screen shots of all of these names.
I am just looking for health info as I have nothing from the VT Catholic charities agency that handled my adoption in 1968. Born in Jacksonville, FL. I do not want to intrude on anyone's privacy or lives but I have kids of my own now and owe them and myself a health background. Hence, my not arm's length communication with Judy to pass through info to my birth father and to give me her family's health history as best as she can.
There is a definite genetic link here.
I also think you may be missing some info on your tree that I might have found. I'm assuming someone (your mom or grandmother) was adopted based on something I recall reading online. Coincidentally my birth father's mother or grandmother was adopted.
There must have been a lot of adoptions back in those days. I for one am glad there was. I was lucky to be adopted by great parents, but their health history and genetics are also their own.
