I found him in the 1910 census living in Camital? Bajo Aguadilla with:
Vicente Acevedo y Ramos 55?
Higinia Rivera y Rivera 30
Carlos Acevedo y Rivera 2
Juan Acevedo y Hildago 16
I'm guessing that the woman was his stepmom.

I have no idea who his parents were. He was married to Maria Mendez Villanueva and had these children:
Georgina Acevedo Y Mendez
Segundo Acevedo Y Mendez
Luis Angel Acevedo Y Mendez
Maria L Acevedo Y Mendez
In 1920 & 1930 they were living in Tamarindo Aguadilla.

I had a great uncle who married a Sosa Padin woman and a great aunt who married Hildago. I need to check my tree.
