Profile Information

What surnames are you interested in researching?
Cook, Lana, Stritesky, Sexton, Ratliff, Nice, Todd, Lowery, Adams
What countries and other locations are you interested in researching?
US, UK, anywhere family is from
What is your level of genealogy knowledge?
Intermediate Family History Researcher
If you are a genealogy expert, what are your specialties?
I'm really no expert, unless I consider my experience with the various softwares and sites that are out there for people to use. i have learned a thing or two about using them, and how to make the most efficient use of them.
For what reason did you start genealogy research?
I was simply inspired to do it. On a purely egotistical note, I also wanted to trace lines back to some presidents and presidents' wives, and see if all the stories of Indian heritage have any merit.

You are just down the road, east of me. I am in the Willowbrook area, just north of FM1960 & Hwy 249. I have a Ratliff Roots group and a Saxon group that includes Sexton. One of our Saxon lines changed their name to Sexton. See here
Desc of Samuel Saxon
