I am glad to see you on here. I suspect Anita invited you, and it is a good place for you to be of help to people who want to search for their African roots.
My sickness is a problem with my heart. A valve is leaking and must be repaired with surgery. It will be done some time next month. In the meantime I am taking it pretty easy.
I have had you on my mind a lot recently. Either this evening or tomorrow I will write you an email and update you on what I have learned from the Ghanaian Embassy here in the US.
