- My sister just had her mitochondrial DNA tested and discovered we are H10c1. We are trying to find out more information on what this exactly means. Both brother and sister are heavily into genealogy.

Welcome to our group Barbara. I do have fourth cousin matches with G. G. S. and a Gloria Sullivan at Ancestry.com. Do you know Gloria? I live in North Carolina but I have a better understanding that my maternal line settled in eastern Tennessee and western North Carolina after leaving Pennsylvania.
