Hi Anja. Thank you for your message again. I had never thought of recording where I got the information. It is a good idea. I must start doing that. Dorcas death certificate has other young children who died within a couple of days of each other. Is there any way of just scanning hers or do you want the lot. I will muck around and see what I can do . In QLD when you get a death certificate you only get the person you want on it If Gray doesn't come over on the weekend I will get your phone number and see what we can figure out. I have scanned thing before but can never figure out how to put them where I want them. I have to wait for the boys to come over. I am learning quite a few things. I get them to write down what to do and fiddle around till I get it. Once again thank you for being so helpful, Do you have an address or something where I can write to ask the same questions about her grave as you suggested doing about Josephs. Hi Anja. Thank you for your messages I will email the whole certificate. It would be par for the course for Dorcas or Joseph to headstones it might make things easier to find out information and he couldn't do that . Even my G Grandfather wanted to make things hard lol he cleared out and left his wife with 9 young kids and she couldn't cope so the kids were all split up. and my G Grandfather died at 27 Dad being the oldest of 3 children was only 5 so the kids didn't even know them. His 2 sisters are still alive living in SA one will be 94 next month and the other is 91 they both have fantastic memories but only know what their mother told them about the family. If I could only find out when Joseph arrived in Australia I might get somewhere. I don't think he came directly to SA as haven't been able to find out anything there. Heather
