    Hi Andrea, I may be able to help you a little.
    I have Foust's listed in both Ohio and Indiana. I list Highland County, OH, and Huntington County, IN. I am not sure where those are compared to the counties you were asking about.
    Another thing that I noticed, you have the name 'Shafer' under the names you are researching. I have the name 'Shaffer' circa 1800 from Maryland who married a Foust on my side of the family.
