Yep... Im from Caleb Shreve. He is my 9x G grandfather.  Richard Haines is my 10x g grandfather.

My Haines line (which I have yet to put entirely on my tree as Im still in the process of researching this group along with the Shreve's) Goes: Richard - Richard - Carlisle - Achsah - Rachel Eldridge - John Reed - Hannah Reed - William Benona Graham - Archie Graham who married Caleb Shreve's 5x g granddaughter Jessie Pace - Julia Graham - Tess Huettel - My mom - Me.

Nope. Huettel is not Amish. No clue what it means and actually it's not the family's original surname. My GG grandfather immigrated to America around 1905 from Switzerland (where he'd been living but he was actually born in Bavaria). His wife, Katherine, arrived a year later. My GG grandfather was born Johann Huttel but changed his name to John Huettel when he came over. He immigrated to Utah (I have alot of LDS lines but Im not LDS. Most of my mom's side is tho).

I'll have to add Stephen A. Douglas to my tree eventually then! Abraham Lincoln is my 6th cousin 6x removed on a whole other line!
