Hello Karen, I was researching my mothers' lineage, the Hunter Family and I believe we are related!  I found your little note when I typed in David and Margaret (Martin) Hunter.  I have a "book" that was given to my mother and her sisters titled "History of the Hunter Family from 1760-1960 sailed from Londonderry, Ireland for Philadelphin 1769 shipwrecked at Sable Island near Halifax settled at Willow Hill Ardoise, Nova Scotia.  My family is also from Massachusetts.  I was born in Norwood, Ma. and my mother too, Boston. Her mother, my grandmother was born in 1904 in Halifax.  Her mother, my greatgrandmother Bessie Hunter Riley was born I believe in Sweets Corner, and her mother was one of a triplet named Emma Ann Hunter (Annie) they called her. She was Guy Morris Hunter's dtr.  I would love to know more about our family if we could share.  My grandfather was named Harry Hurley and was a Hunter.  He was an illegitimate baby and the Hurley's raised him in Sweets Corner, Nova Scotia.. his real father was named Harry Hunter and his servant Leah gave birth to him and had to give him up.. so I can't find his birth cert. as I don't think he was ever legally adopted. Nice to chat with you, Nancy
