    hi there
As I was telling you last night. Im working on the Smith's from Cabell Co. WV.
My direct line is Peter Smith born 1805 died around 1860 either Cabell or Lincoln Co. WV. Married Asinith Alford. Daughter of George and Mary Burnside Alford. There daughter Marinda Smith married Andrew Jackson Chandler.
Have you ran across this Peter Smith in research. thank you so much

Ive seen that but that never worked for me. The only one I ever saw that might work for me is where they think his father might be Jesse Smith. Who was in both Kanawha and Cabell around the time Peter would have been here. That might have been who was living with Peter in the 1840 census. There is a Jesse Smith Cemetery in Lincoln Co. WV. Never been to it. But was told that perhaps Peter Smith and his wife might be buried there. Im doing this all from memory.lol. But you have seen this family before good to know. I have who most of there kids married etc. Still need to tie up loose end on those to make sure those are right etc.
