I found John Watt and his first wife Ann Jamison in Lanark, New Monkland Scotland, 1851. She died in 1854. John moved to Pennsylvania US in 1854. and married Sarah Delworth 1832-1861 in the US stating she was from Scotland (one record says Ireland. I have no proof of her birth except the age of death on her tombstone. She died in child birth and the daughter is burred next to her.
I do use Scotland's People but have never found her. I have also looked in Ireland and found nothing.
Due to Ethnicity Inheritance on Ancestry.com, I recently found that I am much more Scottish than Irish. Therefore, I will be needing some help soon. My names of interest to start with will be Mitchell, Solomon, Walker, McGregor, and Gordon. Currently, don't know where or dates. I have a lot of work to do - exciting! I still need to jump from the United States and then England first.
