Hi, I've just joined the group. I have a number of Nova Scotia connections which include the following surnames, MacGregor (3xGrt GF Gregor fought for British in American Revolution), McInnes, Robb (2xGrt GF Alexander started Robb Engineering Works in Amherst), Logan (4xGrt GF Hugh came to Amherst in 1700's), Fairbanks (4xGrt GF Rufus joined uncle in Halifax in 1780's), DeWolfe (6xGrt GF Nathan was part of family Wolfville was named after), Oxley (6xGrt GF George was a Yorkshire settler in River Philip) and Howard.
Would be interested in connecting with others with whom I share a family connection.
