2 Helpful websites for Sol genealogy research are (genlias.nl) which contians old birth, death and marriage records and (CBG.nl) which is the Netherlands goverment website for Central Bureua of Genealogie in The Hague.

You can always GOOGLE "Sol" with the terms "stamboom" or "genealogie" and hook up with a dutch researcher on this name.

Sol may be a variant or have variant spellings like Soll or van Sol.

I have yet to see a connection to van Soldt/Solt/Sold family but come across this name in my research many times.
