My 3rd great grandmother was Amelia Ann Watkins (1805-1854). Her mother was supposed to have been a Rountree. They were in Hardin and Hart counties in KY. I am trying to find her parents. Two of Amelia's children visited her parents about 1847.

I am decended from William Fain Rountree, born in GA in 1865. His son Lester Virgil Rountree begat my grandfather Edward Archibald Rountree.
