Hi Joann!

I am researching John and Theresa (Kline or Day?) Wentz.
John Wentz was born abt 1824 in Baden, Germany and died in 1892 in Detroit, Michigan.

Hi Mallory, Sorry to be so long, just found this site again... I can not find where Jacob Wentz came from in Germany. How did you find out about Baden?

It was listed on the census. However, Theresa and John have been listed in the census as being from both Baden and Bavaria, so I still don't really know :)

Any tips on how to find out for sure? I have been looking for about 5 years now and have run out of ideas.
