vital records

I live in WV, but I have grandparents back to 1822 that were born in Hanover Twp., Belmont, Ohio. In WV you can go on line to WV Vital Records and get birth and death certificates for researching genealogy. Do you have anything like that? If not, how do you research your families? Thanks for any help you can give me. Dianne Welch
