I have ancestors from Monroe from1840 t01880. Isaac Stackhouse his son Jacob W. Stackhouse and his Son My Great grandfather George W. Stackhouse born in 1860. Isaac is a Patriot. How can I find records of these men? They lived in SalemTwp, Seneca, and Elk. Is there a Ohio Vital Records online, like WV has. Dianne
