The Vollick researcher who sent the informtion to me is Steve Vollick. I left that information out of the previous comment.

Vollick Family Tree.rtfHow interesting for me. I have been doing some research in Hamilton, ON, for a friend and found that her uncle had married Doris Vollick. I was able to find a Vollick researcher and I gave them the information I had on my side and he added it to the Vollick database. He then sent me the attached file. I can give anyone more information on Edward John Smith and his ancestors. Incidentally, The name was Schmidt and the family came from Germany. Edward's mother was English and came from Co. Durham. His parents met when his father was overseas during WWI.
