It was my first time at the library today, and I liked it a lot. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. :) Will be back soon!

Hi Paula,

Every year we plan on attending the conference and of course at the last minute something comes up.
Now we are just working on a visit to your library
Thanks for the invite

Hi Paula,
Thank you for the invite. I wanted to go to the Jamboree in June but was unable to attend as I had fractured my hip while walking my new dog. Can you direct me to the appropriate place to join the SCGS? Is there a local group for Orange County?

Paula,
Thanks so much for emailing me about this site. I will start searching the different groups etc.

That's right, remote access to the institutional version, Access NewspaperARCHIVE is provided as a member benefit, at no additional cost. I asked the question about the difference in service and NewspaperARCHIVE said there is no difference. I haven't compared the two.

Sorry for not responding earlier, Debbie. I am still wading through post-Jamboree emails.

We definitely have plans to leverage the capabilities of SKYPE in upcoming programs. I think that getting that done for the tour this weekend is probably overly ambitious -- we need to catch up with that technology. But it's a great idea and will let everyone know when that is available.
