Jane Sisson was one of my great g. g. g. grandmother's on my maternal side. She married Henry West. I have not conducted any research on this line yet.

I am researching Sissons who were mainly concentrated in Talladega, Alabama and prior to that were in Virginia and then South Carolina; my group ended up in Texas. My line is Sara Jane Sisson < William T. Sisson < Obediah Sisson < William Sisson < William Sisson < Thomas Sisson and Hannah Parker. I have researched the family group and descendants of William T. Sisson (he had three wives; my great-great grandmother was the first, Elizabeth Neely - I believe her father may have been Victor Neely).
