Comment by Michael Gene Bergmire on August 3, 2009 at 8:05pm: I am researching the following surnames that have connections in Schuyler County: MOLLICK, FLOYD, ERTEL, AMBROSIA (AMBROSIUS).

I am especially interested in locating information why my great-grandfather (MOLLICK) and great-grandmother's (AMBROSIA) families chose to settle in the Greentop area when they arrived from Militsch, Prussia in March of 1881,

I realize that Greentop is so close to the county line that all of my research will have to focus on both Adair County and Schuyler County.

I am very receptive to any research suggestions.

Comment by Debra Egbert-Foster on July 26, 2009 at 11:08pm: Blake, No I dont that the URL for Putnam Mo. My ancestors live in Elm Township. My Grandpa was born there. And there is an Hogg Cemetery in Elm Township, it part of the homestead of William Hogg and Luanna Sparks.
