My husband's line is PA > NC > TN > AL
His father Oliver Elny Reece born Dekalb Co AL married to Amy Lou Darby son of John Finley Reece born Greene Co MO married to Myrta Florence Partridge son of David Crockett Reece born Cherokee Co AL married to Rachael Rebecca Ruddic son of Jesse Andrew Reece born TN married to Ssan Chaney son of David Reece born NC married to Mary Donalson. David is said to be son of Thomas Reece born in Chester PA Quaker who moved to NC. There were Reece Baker and Yarnell Quaker families who moved together through PA NC to TN.

Oh, wow!! I've never met anyone from this side of my family before so this is really exciting! Nellie Bird--one of the twins--was my ggrandmother. Why don't you email me directly and we can share info. I have quite a few pictures of this family that I would love to send you including one of JQAR in his Civil War uniform and of Uncle Tom and Mary. My address is csims@flash.net.

We're related! My gggrandfather was also John Quincy Adams Reece. Who was your great grandparent? Mine was Thomas Wellington Reece b. 1868. I would love to share pictures and info with you.

My gggrandfather was John Quincy Adams Reece b 19 June 1845 in Windsor, IN, m. Mary Ellen Clevenger. I believe his father was Thomas Reece though I haven't started researching this line. I have pictures I can share if anyone connects with this line.
