RONNIE E. RATLIFF, 63, passed away on December 14, 2009 in Houston, TX. He was born December 21, 1945 in Pikeville, KY to Bill and Alpha Ratliff. Ronnie was preceded in death by his father, Bill Ratliff, survived by his mother, Alpha Ratliff; sister, Brenda Burke (Larry); brother, Billy Ratliff (Alice); best friends, Lamar Martin, Jane Driver and a host of nieces and nephews that he loved very much. Ronnie was employed by the Government with 42 years of service and he will be missed by his co-workers.
