PRICE, Miles- of Columbia Co., PA, McDonough Co., IL, and Lucas Co., IA, b. 1837-d. 1916
Looking information about Miles PRICE before the Civil War. I know he was born on 21 Oct 1837 in Catawissa, Columbia Co., PA and then relocated to Macomb, McDonough Co., IL. He was then in the Civil War (16th Illinois Infantry, Pioneer Corps) and then married Emaline MARKHAM in Illinois. After the war, they located to the Russell area of Lucas Co., IL and spent a few years homesteading in South Dakota. His parents are Jacob and Rebecca.
