Hi Everyone, I'm trying to find the parents of Mary Monroe.  She was the 2nd wife of Doctor Joseph Reynolds Bradford.  Together they had four children: Mary Abbott Bradford (my 4th great grandmother), Levi Bradford, Daniel Bradford and Leonard Bradford.

I have Mary being born in Rhode Island but not sure where or what year.  She is buried with her husband in the Card Cemetery in Pennsylvania.  I have her death being 15 Feb 1842 not sure where.  There is another Mary Monroe buried in Card Cemetery with her brother, mother and father but I don't believe they are the same woman.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Many family members from the Lancaster County, Pennsylvania:  Frank Joseph Burke (1872-1934), John Charles (1847-1921), Amanda Jane Gohn (1858-1938), Samuel Charles (1799-1875),  Frances Steller Mylin (1810-1878) and current resident of Lancaster: William J Burke.  I like to hear from their living family's.

No, I don't know of any Shanaburgers.  There is another Shanabarger line in SW PA/NW WV and another line that ended up in OH/IN.  I'm in touch with researchers from the latter, but we haven't found the missing link yet.

Diana - I saw your post on Shanabarger - There were some Shanaburger who married Wolfords in Adams Co. PA Any connection?

I am researching Shanabarger which I think is a derivative of Schoenberger.  Earliest name I have is Samuel b. c1800 who married Sophia Brant. They were in Fayette county in 1824. His father may be Wilhelm Schoenberger b c1780 who married Matilda Brannon.  He may have been an immigrant.

Anita Wills,

If you haven't seen his page before "Paul E. Phillips" has the whole Green family detailed as well as locations of mill, homes etc.

Anita Wills ,

have you seen this book already? Not sure it has photos of the mill but it does contain info on George Green and his home, the mill, etc. also Jesse Green and Abel Green.

I am looking for a picture of a Mill that is located in Ridley Park (Delaware County), which was owned by one of my ancestors. I believe the Mill is on Ridley Creek and there are pictures of it, which are not very clear. It was owned by George Green, in the early 1800's, one of my direct ancestors. If anyone has a picture to share please email or link it to a message.
