Comment by Fran Taylor on April 27, 2011 at 2:04pm I, too , am in the Social Media course. I began to do genealogy in earnest when I retired in 1998. At this point I am left with about four seemingly impenetrable brick walls so that most of the online searching that I do finds no records and no one also looking for the same thing.
Comment by Rebecca Christensen on April 26, 2011 at 5:22pm Hi, I'm also enrolled in the Social Media course. I was extremely nervous about Social Networking until this course and now I feel way easier with it.
I am in my third year of studies at NIGS and will eventually have my certificate in Canadian records and Librarianship. But that won't stop me from continuing with other courses - there is so much to learn!
