Cox Family in PA Came to WV

I have been unable to find parents of Isaac Cox mar. Mary Wise; they moved from Greene Co, PA to WV (then VA) around the mid-1800's.  Would like to connect with anyone who has info about this line of Coxes.  There were a number of Cox families in WV but not all from the same line.
