WRAY family

SAMUEL WRAY, b. 23 May 1841 Clerkenwell, Middlesex, s/o William Wray & Caroline Vestey, h/o of Sarah Ann Hutton (b. 1851, England)
Samuel was born at 4 Plumber Place, in the sub-district of Goswell Street, Clerkenwell, in the registration district of St James Clerkenwell, Middlesex County (no idea where that is)
He was a master boot & shoemaker by trade.
Two of Samuel and Sarah's six children were born in England, the rest in Ontario, Canada - Emily Louisa Sophia Wray (b 4 Jan 1869, Twickenham) and Samuel William Wray (b. 18 Jan 1872, Twickenham),
Samuel's father William was a spectacle maker by trade.
Known nothing about Sarah Ann Hutton, William Wray or Caroline Vestey.

The above is all I know about this family before they come to Canada, would like to would more about Samuel's parents and his siblings and his life in England. Would like to know where and when he and Sarah married. If any other children where born in England that may have died at very early age (as sometimes happened). If I could find copies of records at would be great.
