I am looking for William Henry McCLAIN, born abt 1813 in either Kentucky or North Carolina, died 1873 in Chaplin, Madison, Arkansas. He married Martha Ledbetter, born 1830 in Overton, Tennessee, died 1821 in Chaplin, Madison, Arkansas. I have found him and his wife on the 1860 and 1870 census records. Family lore indicates that Martha is his 2nd wife. I have looked at land records and through all the records in the Salt Lake City Family History Library. If anyone has suggestions of where elseā¦
