Jeremiah O'Mahony, historian

Jeremiah O'Mahony was from Castletown-Kinnleigh near Enniskeane.  He was a national teacher and a well-known Cork historian.  His book "West Cork and Its Story" is now a collector's item.  It was serialized in the Southern Star, starting from late 1948.
