Peter M & Matilda Hatton of Edinburgh Scotland, mid 1800s

I am making an educated guess about their location based on where the next generation lived in the late 1800s. There is also some chance that Hatton could be Hutton. My Maclauchlan line is:

Peter M, an engine fitter, & Matilda Hatton's son Martin M married Margaret Peterkin and moved to Canada in 1920.

Their son John Kennel Biggers M married Jessie MacFarland. Other children of Martin & Margaret: William, Matilda, Bert, Isabel, Margaret, Iza, James, Frank and Martin.
