Barbara, do you know if your Ezekial is listed with the Clan McAlister?
Hi,
I don't know. I didn't know there was a registry.
Hi Barbara: The Clan McAlister of America is a group to find and preserve and verify the families McAlister (of whatever spelling) histories, primarily in North America. There are about 80,000 records in the data base so far. I dont know what the current membership numbers though. Great Group!
I am researching Ezekial McAllister and his family for a friend. The Ezekial I am researching is the same as yours. Do you know if his father's name was John McAllister or perhaps Alexander McAllister? I haven't been able to make the connection between Ezekial McAllister and the Alexander McAllister who was the Revolutionary Soldier that has a marker in the Philadelphia Cemetery in Perry Township, Delaware County Indiana. Its my understanding that Alexander is not actually buried there but the DAR put a marker in the cemetery for him.
