Thanks Finn, her name in the 1900 census for Brinkley Arkansas was Filamensia ? Lowmax, b. 1871 in MS. married to Lenn Lowmax, b. MS. they moved to Brinkley in 1900 and that is as far as i can find them, i'm not sure if the Floenza Anthony is her, some said that most likely it is that she remarried to a Louis Anthony in i think it was 1904 in Brinkley, so i was hoping maybe the obit would tell me some of her chidren names and that way i would know if this is her.

Willette, I have not been able to find an obit, still looking.  In checking census records for clues, I looked at 1910 census on Hertiage Quest, looking for any Anthony's in Monroe County and I found a D J Anthony, I know that is not what you are looking for, but look at the next family on that page, it looks like and Anthony too.  I don't know how it was indexed, but look at line 21, that could be the person you are looking for.  Some really terrible handwriting.  I will keep looking.  Good Luck.  Finn

Willette, I found a Arkansas Death Index entry on familysearch.org.  There is no image but there is a certificate no. 507.  Might take a look there, it might give you more clues.  Finn

Hi,

I am looking to find an obit for my great grandmother Florenza Anthony, she died July 12, 1919 in Brinkley, Monroe Co. Arkansas. I've hit a brick wall, so i'm hoping that a obit or maybe even a death record can lead me to some more names, so if anyone can help, I would really appreciate it.

Thanks

Willette

I have access to Heritage Quest, through library card.  There is about 25,000 books from Ft Wayne library digitized.  I can search for a written family history or county history.  Also have access to early Los Angles Calif newspapers

I am looking for 1932 death records for Los Angeles County. The 4 Nov 1932 Los Angeles Times  states "private services for Josephine Graham Saturday Nov. 5, Pierce Brothers, directors". I am trying to establish that this is "my" Josephine. The Josephine of interest was Josephine Relyea, b abt 1883 in Massachusettes, married Ira Graham in 1904, had had children Dorothy, Jessie, and Clifford. The family lived in Santa Monica for many years. An obit, a death certificate, a cemetery location, or anything to verify the identity of Josephine will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, William

Hello.  I can not find my Father's family in the 1930 Census.  I'm hoping maybe someone may be able to help, who may have the resources.  They lived in Horsham, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.  Their Post Office may of been in Bucks County, Chalfont or maybe Eureka.  The family is:

Peter M. Henry born 1891 PA

Mary Henry b. 18901 PA

children:  Peter M. b. 1916 PA, twins John & Mary b. 1919, Lawrence b. 1923, Milton b. 1924, Rebecca b.  1925, William b. 1926, and Dorothy b. 1928.

They also, may of had foster children living with them.  One more thing, before living in Horsham, they were living in Philadelphia, on Devon Street, where I found them in the 1920 Census.  Thank you.
