Can anyone help me??? Looking for MCCLURE death information
Hi all.... I'm hoping some nice soul here can help me find something that has been eluding me for almost 6 years!
I am looking for information on the death of one Harvey B, McClure from Tennessee.
Harvey was born circa 1825 in Blount County, TN. He married Mary Catherine Phelps on Aug. 26, 1848. He had at least 4 children between 1849 and 1858. He died sometime between 1880 census and the 1900 census. No one knows who his parents are, or where or when he died or is buried.
I believe it is possible that he is the son of John R. McClure and Mary W. George who married on 11 Mar 1825 - but only because of circumstancial evidence. Harvey named one son George W. McClure and another son John McClure.
Any help is greatly appreciated.......

I did a google lookup for Harvey McClure, Blount, Tennessee and I came up with that. It mentions that Harvey "died abt 1887". That might help you narrow it down a bit. It is quite a lengthy document. I did a ctrl-f and searched for Harvey. I hope this helps a little.
