I have gone back as far as John Jennings and Susan ? who had 5 children in Middlesex, England. They were Amelia Ann; Henry Stephen; Rosina; George & Edwin, born between 1826 and 1835. Henry Stephen Jennings was my gggrandfather. He married Sarah Amy Painter 30 Mar 1852, Marylebone, Middlesex, England and they migrated to Australia in 1854, having 6 children. I have found marriages for Amelia Ann and Edwin. Amelia married William George Jennings (another Jennings line which I would like to track) and they appear to have had no children. Edwin married Charlotte ? and they had 5 children. Wonder if anybody is able to help any further with my Jennings family.

My Jennings came from Ranaghy, Islandeady, County Mayo in the early 1900's to Chicago. Other related families were the Geraghtys, the Clearys, and the Morans, also from Co. Mayo.

2nd great grandparents, Anthony Jennings and Mary Noone left County Mayo, Ireland in 1861 and settled in Middlesex County, Massachusetts. Most of this Jennings line remained in Massachusetts. Still looking for Anthony and Mary's parents in Ireland.

Hello! I don't have too much info on my Jennings ancestors yet. My ggg grandmother was Susan A. Jennings b. 1839 in GA. d. 1905 TX. Her parents were Thomas Jennings b. 1818 GA and Maria (maiden name unknown).b. about 1820. They also lived in Macon Co., AL. Susan's siblings are:
William Jennings b.1841 GA
John Jennings b. 1843 AL
Mary Jennings b. 1845 AL
All listed in 1850 census. I am unable to find them (the siblings) in any other censuses.
