Charles Buel or Buell Hall

He was born in 1818 in Washington County, Ohio or I have seen references to Monroe County, OH.

I have searched the Buell family lines in Washington County at that time but no match or even a hint that he was named after  one of the two early Buell settlers in Washington County, OH.  He died and was buried in Kansas.

I am seeking information on his parents.  The Hall family Bible goes all the way back to him but no further.
