uploading a picture

I am having trouble with the picture I uploaded for my profile. It did not fit in correctly and I can not get it off. I've tried uploading on top of it, but to no avail. Sherry advised me to ask for help from Johnny or Dae Powell. Sherry has been very kind and has tried to help, but she says she is stumped also. So could you please help me?

Hi Jessie:

The problem that has caused _most_ of us frustration when trying to upload or replace an image is we've skipped the final step.

Will you retry your re-upload? After you've selected the new file, and have returned to the GenWise profile settings page, scroll allllll the way down to the bottom of that page and click "save."

Hope you'll try this suggestion. Please write back and tell us if that worked or didn't work. --GJ

I was just browsing and noticed I had not answered you or thanked you for your help. Sorry, I thought I had. So anyway, thank you for your help and yes, it did work. I feel foolish, I had not noticed the "save" tab.....Jessie

You are in good company and don't need to feel foolish. It's taken a while for many of _us_ to learn about that "save" button
