I've just been looking at the "Memory of the Netherlands" website at www.geheugenvannederland.nl It's fantastic. Thousands of pictures of people - including my great grandfather. There's a option at the bottom of the first page to change to English language which is helpful. I didn't notice this at first. Saskia
