Researching Davis / Davice family in Wolcott, Vermont and possibly Maine around 1800 - 1830.  My 2nd great grandfather Michael Dean Davis was born in Wolcott in 1828, his father and grandfather were possibly Thomas T. and Thomas Davis or Davice.

Christine, I have the following: Benjamin Davis, Sr. was b. abt 1743 in Southhampton, VA; m. Hannah Walls abt 1759 in Wake Co., NC where he died in Aug 1802 (Hannah in 1816).  I have 7 children listed for him b. between 1765 and abt 1790.  There could have been more.  My line is through his son, Aaron and his descendants moved to GA, MS, AL, FL, TX, OK, etc.  I do not have a David in my database born before the 20th century.

I want to communicate with Wilma Fleming Haynes. I am worried that she has passed away. Does anyone know how to reach her?

Looking for descendants of John Davis, born early 1800s in England, who settled around Pittsburgh, PA, in the 1850s. He was an iron worker. His wife's name is unknown. His daughter Ellen, born about 1837 in England, is my ancestor. She married Holmes Stoddard. Other children unknown.

Moses Davis b @ 1718 and lived in Willistown, Chester County. Children were Moses, Hester, Gamaliel, Enoch, Sarah, David, and more that are unknown. Moses died in Willistown 1799. First wife was Eleanor (not the Eleanor davis single woman killed by thieves in Tredyffrin). Second wife was Mary. Moses had a brother or two according to family genealogy. Any help would be wonderful.
