Bernard "Barney" Clark(e) was born in Ireland (possibly Co. Kerry) ca 1810

He came to the US with a wife and young son, Peter (b. March, 1835 in Ireland). Barney is found in the 1860 US census living in Brooklyn, NY with wife Eliza, 30y (who must have been his 2nd wife, or the age is incorrect) and son William, 19y. Peter Clark was my g-g grandfather. He was a bricklayer; he married Mary L. Seaman of Essex Co., NJ, and joined the 13th Regiment of the Union Army in 1861. He died in 1879 in High Point, NC, after surviving a serious wound at the 2nd Battle of Bull Run/Manassas. We have been unable to find where he was buried.
