My favorite site for Ohio has the death certificates available for 1908-1953 in the Record Search databases of FamilySearch.org. It's great to see all of the information that is available on the death certificates and be able to save the image of the original certificate.

Hi- I am researching Rosevelt and Fitz Randolph in Delaware and Morrow Counties. They were especially in the Ashley area.

Hope I just went and looked on both Ancestry and Newspaperarchive.com and neither have Columbus Newspapers for 1938

Caroline I don't have a Harvey Farrington, but I still feel like there may eventually be a connection

Hope I can do a lookup on ancestry for you if you give the name and date

Quaker connection here also. Harvey Farrington was a cheesemaker in New York then moved his operations to Ontario mid 1800's. I'll have to check to see if he is the oldest one I have... I think there's one more generation that I have in my files.

My Farringtons came from NJ and then into PA and finally settled in OH. They were mostly Quakers. It is not a common name, so we may connect way back
