A Farmers Wife recipe for a Bullock in Scour c 1870 1oz Tumerick, 1oz Fenugreek, 1oz Sulhp Vivan, 1oz Aniseed, 1oz Dispenter, 1-1/2oz Drachm Opium ....to be given in a quart of strong beer.
