Senff, Seneff, Seniff, Senoff, Senf, Senft, Sniff

My family supposedly came from the Dresden, Sachsen, or Saxony area of Germany/Prussia.  My 5th Grandfather, Casper Senff was supposedly born about 1746 and came to the USA in 1773, where he settled in Fayette, Pennsylvania, USA and died and was buried there about 1788-90.

I am trying to find the connection of Casper, Conrad and Christian Senff, supposedly brothers who emigrated to the United States and settled in different areas.  I would also like to find the family history from Casper on back in earlier history...who his parents, grandparents, etc. were?
