Hi
I have been researching my Nichols family in Buckinghamshire and have reached the point where information gets tricky. I am back to around 1450, have looked at various sources, but am getting nowhere. Thomas Nichols was a yeoman farmer and had a lot of land. He is associated with a place called Mungeys in Great Linford which I think might be short for Mountjoy. Does anyone have any ideas where I can go next?

Hi. I am new here but am also researching the Nichols line. I just started and most of mine are from Tennessee but I've only gotten back to the late 1890's.
