James BROADAWAY of Jackson County, Alabama, United States ? -1843

I am looking for information on James BROADAWAY, who was the father of Nicholas B. BROADAWAY, born on 14 Sep 1839, and James D. BROADAWAY, died on July 1863, and Mary Jane BROADAWAY. James BROADAWAY's wife's name was Celia PIERCE, married on 4 Dec 1837, and he died on 6 May 1843. James BROADAWAY served with the Alabama Volunteers in the war with the Seminole Indians in Florida in 1837. They lived in the Jackson County, Alabama, United States area.
