Huldah Surviah Anderson

Hi! My brick wall ancestor is Huldah Surviah Anderson. I am looking for her maiden name. She was born 15 Dec 1776 in Stonington, New London, CT. She died 1 Jan 1859 in Massena, St Lawrence, New York. She married two times. Her first marriage was to Luther Anderson b.Jan 1774 in Killingly, Windham, Ct d.13 Oct 1814 in Bethel, Royalton, Windsor, Vermont. His parents were Robert Anderson and Huldah Barber. After the death of Luther Anderson she married Jonas Warren 15 Nov 1818 in Royalton, Windsor, Vermont. Huldah and Luther had five children:
