1860 Federal Census
On my ancestor's page from that census, the house number is listed but no street name is provided. the only additional information given is: Ward 14, 3rd Division in the County of New York. Is this an oversight or consistent with your research.

See if you can get a look at the page before the one your family is on. Sometimes I've found that the census takers wrote the street name once, and then filled in all the people on the street. Then he/she wrote the next street.
